90 minute candlelight Restorative yoga workshop that will leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed, & renewed. All you need to bring is a mat, all props will be provided, but feel free to bring any extra blankets or pillows that you may want to bring. Restorative yoga is slow paced, passive stretching where the props will be doing with work and we will be letting the body relax into poses for anywhere from 5-20 mins. Perfect opportunity to practice deep relaxation and emphasize the meditative aspect of yoga.
